A dynamic leader and strategic business partner, I am deeply committed to fostering positive social, emotional, and educational outcomes for youth of all ages. My professional journey is both driven by and enriched by my personal story: once an at-risk youth in Washington, D.C., my path was transformed by the right connections and the right initiatives. Now, I strive to offer that same transformative opportunity to others.
As Founder of House of ROC Sports Media Company, based in Rochester, NY with coverage extending to Washington, D.C., I champion elevating individuals—one person at a time—through our digital media platforms. Through our sports coverage, community partnerships, and mentorship of future sports media professionals, we create meaningful opportunities and amplify unheard voices.
A champion for disenfranchised populations, I have the ability to work across diverse backgrounds and unite people around a common cause: our youth. I bring special expertise in engaging Black and Brown boys at risk of incarceration, leveraging sports, exercise, art, and music as vehicles for change and empowerment.
My professional background encompasses relationship management, pipeline program development, and collaborative efforts to reduce recidivism in marginalized communities. As an education professional, I have honed skills in classroom management, intervention strategies, and building authentic trust-based relationships. My experience spans from crafting visionary business strategies to leading volunteer teams and fostering interdisciplinary collaborations with community organizations, parents and guardians, neighborhood associations, and faith-based groups.
